Membership terms.

The Junction is a private referral network operated by Dragonfly AI, doing business as The Junction. These terms govern membership and use of jointhejunction.com. By applying for or holding a chair, you agree to them.

Membership is by invitation

Chairs are granted by application and founder invitation only. The founders decide, at their discretion, who is invited, how industry categories are drawn, and how boundary questions between categories are settled. Submitting an application does not guarantee an invitation.

One chair per industry

Each industry category has exactly one chair. While you hold your chair and your membership is in good standing, The Junction will not seat a direct competitor in your category. Category definitions are set by the founders and drawn narrowly enough to keep every chair genuinely exclusive.

Dues and billing

Founding memberships (the first 20 members) are $250 per month; thereafter membership is $300 per month. Dues are billed monthly by card through Stripe. The founding rate stays locked for as long as you continuously hold your chair.

Cancellation

Membership is month-to-month with no contract. Cancel anytime by notifying the founders; billing stops at the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made. Dues already paid are not refunded. When you leave, your chair reopens to your industry, and a lapsed founding rate does not carry over to a later return.

What we expect of members

Show up to the monthly convening, represent your business honestly, and treat referrals from the table with the care you'd want for your own clients. The founders may end a membership for conduct that damages the table — misrepresenting your business, repeatedly failing to appear, or mistreating a fellow member's referral — with dues honored through the end of the paid period.

The public board

Membership includes a listing on the public seat board: your name, business name, and, with your consent, a link to your business website. Listings are removed when a membership ends.

No guarantee of business

The Junction is a room, not a revenue promise. We build the table; the referrals depend on the members. We make no guarantee of any particular volume of referrals or business, and The Junction is not liable for the outcome of any transaction between members or their referrals.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we'll update the effective date above and notify members before the change applies to them. Questions go to the founders via the contact page.
