Fair questions.

Straight answers about the table, the money, and the rules. Anything else, ask the founders directly.

What is The Junction?

A private referral network in North Ogden, Utah, built on one rule: every industry gets exactly one chair. One Realtor, one lender, one CPA, one HVAC company. When your chair is taken, your competition waits outside — and every referral in the room flows to you.

When and where does it meet?

The second Thursday of every month at 7:30 AM, in person, in North Ogden, Utah. The venue is shared with members and invited guests when a visit is confirmed.

What happens at a convening?

One working hour, in person, around one table. Every chair says who they serve and what a good referral looks like this month, referrals get passed and followed up on, and the founders keep the table honest — this is a working meeting, not a mixer.

What's the time commitment?

One convening a month, plus the referrals you pass in between. If you can't show up for the table, the table can't work for you — chairs belong to owners who attend.

What does membership cost?

The founding rate is $250 per month for the first 20 members, locked for as long as you hold your chair. After the first 20 founding memberships are taken, membership is $300 per month. Billing is a simple monthly card subscription.

Can I cancel?

Yes — membership is month-to-month with no contract. Cancel anytime and your billing stops at the end of the current period. Your chair reopens to your industry, and a founding rate that lapses doesn't come back.

How is “one chair per industry” decided?

The founders draw the category lines, and they draw them narrowly enough that every chair stays genuinely exclusive. A residential Realtor and a commercial broker aren't competitors; two residential Realtors are. If a boundary is ever unclear, it's settled before an invitation goes out — never after.

What does “Reserved” mean on the board?

An application for that chair is in founder review, or an invitation is out. If the applicant takes the chair it flips to Taken; if not, it reopens. Reserved chairs accept waitlist names but not new applications.

Can I see it before I join?

Guest visits are by invitation of the founders. Request an invitation from the contact page — tell us who you are and what you do, and if there's a fit we'll reach out with a date. Strong applicants are often invited to sit in on a convening before taking their chair.

My industry isn't on the board. Can I still apply?

Yes. Chairs are added as strong candidates apply — pick “name your category” on the application and tell us what you do. If you're invited, your chair is created and closes behind you like any other.

Who runs The Junction?

Members. Jake Lee and Jeff Lee founded it, hold chairs 01 and 02, pay the same dues, and make the same referrals as every other member. There's no paid organizer taking a cut of the table.
