Privacy policy.

Effective August 6, 2026

The Junction is a private referral network operated by Dragonfly AI, doing business as The Junction. This policy describes what we collect through jointhejunction.com, why we collect it, and who ever sees it. The short version: we collect what you type into our forms, we use it to run the network, and we don't sell it to anyone.

What we collect

Applications — your name, business name, email, optional phone number, and what you tell us about the referrals you can give and receive.

Waitlist— your email and the chair you're waiting on.

Guest requests — your name and email, plus the business name and note if you choose to leave them.

Membership and billing — if you accept an invitation, your subscription is processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers; we keep only the Stripe customer and subscription references needed to manage your membership.

Analytics — we use Vercel Analytics, which reports aggregate page-view data and does not use cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use it

To review applications, contact you about your application, waitlist spot, or guest visit, run billing for members, and display members on the public seat board. A member's name, business name, and (with their consent) business website appear on the board — that public listing is part of membership. Applicant and waitlist information is never public.

Who ever sees it

The two founders, and the services that run the site on our behalf: Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (site hosting and analytics), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email delivery). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing, and we disclose it only if the law requires it.

Retention and your choices

We keep applications and waitlist entries while the network operates so a reopened chair can honor its waitlist. If you want your information corrected or deleted, ask through the contact page and we'll handle it directly — we may retain records that the law or our payment processor requires us to keep.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the effective date above and note the change to members. Questions go to the founders via the contact page.
